- Accounting expert: audit and correct co-ownership accounts, perform the role of external auditing commissioner, set up financing of investment works;
- Building expert: structural work and special techniques hold no secrets for you; in multi-year planning and budgeting, NEN2767 and preventive / corrective maintenance you shift up a gear; delivery of buildings and works is an art.
- Experienced property manager: all-rounder in property management and especially co-ownership, who cannot be fooled and who has 2 feet on the ground and radiates authority.
